-6 MONTHS:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;1.COOK THE DHAL(TOOR DAL OR MOONG DAL),STRAIN THE WATER.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ADD A PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER POWDER IF PREFERED.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;2.VEG SOUP:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the beginning ,give the veg water(cook and strain water)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then we can start,&lt;br /&gt;Carrot,beans,cauliflower,broccoli(if preferred)&lt;br /&gt;Garlic and onion –little&lt;br /&gt;Cook altogether .mash it and add little pepper powder and salt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;RAAGI PORRIDGE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the beginning ,take a tbsp of sprouted raagi.&lt;br /&gt;Soak for sometime and blend it.&lt;br /&gt;Squeeze out the milk well.&lt;br /&gt;Add nattu(brown) sugar -1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;and cow’s milk-1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mix altogether(raagi milk,b.sugar and milk),keep on stove and keep on stir in low flame without lumps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stir well till it is cooked and becomes thin soup consistency.&lt;br /&gt;Feed when it is luke warm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The qty can be increased after 5 months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;BROKEN RICE PORRIDGE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash the rice and drain in cloth.&lt;br /&gt;Broken the rice (kuranai rice).&lt;br /&gt;Keep in air-tight container.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil ½ cup of water ,add 2 tsp of rice.cook and mash well&lt;br /&gt;Add milk,pinch of sugar or salt.&lt;br /&gt;Option: can cook the rice with milk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blend to a form of soup and feed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The qty of rice can be increased after 5 months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;PULPY FRUITS:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any pulpy fruits can be steam cooked(don’t cut and cook)&lt;br /&gt;If need peel skin to certain fruits like apple,mango.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mash well and add a pinch of pepper powder(to prevent from cold)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note:make the pepper powder in home,sieve and store it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;BANANA(NENDIRAM)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Can be steamcook,mash .&lt;br /&gt;Add milk and feed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Or&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can dry the banana in indirect sun.&lt;br /&gt;Powder it.&lt;br /&gt;Store it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Use 1 tbsp of banana powder in beginning,then gradually increase.&lt;br /&gt;Mix in milk and cook in sim flame till soup consistency.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;WHEAT PORRIDGE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash and Soak 1 tbsp of wheat for sometime.&lt;br /&gt;Blend and squeeze out the milk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add cow’s milk,sugar,wheat milk together.&lt;br /&gt;Keep on stove in low flame and stir till cooked and gets soup consistency.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gradually increase the qty of
